The first regularly-scheduled Johnston City Council work session and meeting in February has been moved to Tuesday, Feb. 4, due to the Iowa caucuses. The work session will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 4 and the council meeting at 7:00 p.m. inside the City Council Chambers located at 6221 Merle Hay Road.
The second regulary-scheduled Johnston City Council work session and meeting in February has been moved to Tuesday, Feb. 18 due to the Presidents’ Day holiday. The work session will be held at 6:00 p.m. and the council meeting at 7:00 p.m.
City offices including the Johnston Public Library will also be closed on Monday, Feb. 17. We will reopen during normal business hours on Tuesday, Feb. 18. Trash and recycling are not affected during the Presidents’ Day holiday.
