[ARCHIVED] PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING ON SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS

The City of Johnston will be holding a Public Information Meeting to discuss updating the pedestrian sidewalk ramps within the Green Meadows Neighborhood. This neighborhood is defined as the area east/north of Pioneer Parkway, west of and including Greendale Road, and south of and including Winwood Drive. Please refer to the map for a detailed area.  The purpose of this meeting is to begin a public involvement process that will involve city staff and officials, residents, and stakeholders in the decision-making process for potential additions, deletions, and/or reconstruction of pedestrian infrastructure within the neighborhood.

The in-person meeting will be held via RSVP as follows:  

What: Sidewalk Improvements-Green Meadows Public Information Meeting
Date: Tuesday, June 8, 2021
Times: 5:30 – 6:15 PM (Zone 1)
6:30 – 7:15 PM (Zone 2)
7:30 – 8:15 PM (Zone 3)

Place: Johnston City Hall Council Chambers, 6221 Merle Hay Rd.

A virtual/online forum for the project will be held at the following website bit.ly/sidewalkJohnston. This meeting format will be available at all three times listed above. Use the provided link to register for the meeting at the time designated per zone.
