[ARCHIVED] HAVE YOU BEEN COUNTED IN THE 2020 CENSUS?

online-response-computer-03_250x210

Responding to the 2020 Census in this time of social distancing makes a difference for our community’s well-being and helps shape the future. Your response is critical because it helps direct federal funds to our community for emergency response, schools, education programs, roads, and other public services.

Your response is safe, secure, and confidential. The U.S. Census will not share your responses with immigration or law enforcement agencies. To ensure your safety, if you have not yet been counted, beginning August 11, Census takers will interview homes that haven’t responded to the 2020 Census to help make sure everyone is counted. Census workers will wear masks when they interview households in person. The interviews are quick and can be done outside your home and six feet apart.

As a resident, you can respond in one of the following ways:

  1. Online at https://2020census.gov
  2. By phone, call 844-330-2020
  3. By mail, return the paper questionnaire that arrived in your mailbox.
