[ARCHIVED] JOIN JOHNSTON POLICE OFFICERS FOR COFFEE WITH A COP

Coffee with a Cop

Meet up with neighbors, friends, co-workers and police officers for coffee and a conversation during this month’s Coffee with a Cop event.

Johnston Police officers will be at the Johnston Partnership, 5870 Merle Hay Road from 7:30 to 9 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 6.

There is no agenda during these monthly events. It provides an opportunity to ask questions, voice concerns and get to know police officers in a relaxed setting over a cup of coffee. This month, the Johnston Police Department is asking for business and community involvement by bringing non-perishable items to donate to the food pantry. They understand donations are down and they want to help!  Items in need are personal care items and diapers, but others are certainly welcome.

This event is not only a great way to connect with police officers in the community, but also a way to give back to those in in need. Your donation is appreciated and the Police Department challenges you to see if a squad car can be filled with the donations.
