The City of Johnston is planning a website redesign. It has made available a survey opportunity through Friday, May 28, to obtain feedback from residents, visitors, and businesses about the current City website’s functionality.
The survey results will enable the City to make decisions in the website redesign process that improve the user experience while keeping the Johnston residents top of mind. All community members and visitors are encouraged to make their voices heard and play a part in developing a website that best serves all who utilize the City’s digital services.
“The City’s website plays an integral role in connecting with the residents in our community,” Communications Manager Janet Wilwerding said. "This survey will gauge content usability, allowing us to create a user-friendly site across all platforms. We consider our website as our home base, so we must have content that is easy for users to access to get their questions answered.”
Johnston’s website serves as a hub for City news and information, online payments, events/activities, resources, and much more.
