The City of Johnston has many safe and thriving neighborhoods. Below you will find information on some of the city's condo, townhome and neighborhood associations as well as information on neighboring apartment complexes. Cornerstone Commons
Located at 6365 Merle Hay Road, Cornerstone Commons is located on the east side of Johnston and is next door to Johnston's new Public Safety Building which houses the Johnston Police and Fire Departments.

Glenstone Ridge
Glenstone Ridge is located just off of 100th Street between NW 54th Avenue and NW 62nd Avenue. This community of new homes is right across the street from Horizon Elementary School and just a block away from Summit Middle School.

Green Meadows West
First developed in the 1990s by a land-management subsidiary of Pioneer Hi-Bred, the neighborhood was designed to offer cul-de-sac privacy, green space interconnections, and easy access to the Des Moines metro. Green Meadows is located in the west-central part of Johnston and borders the city's 55-acre Lew Clarkson Park.

Meadow Park Homeowners Association
Located in the central part of Johnston, Meadow Park is just west of Merle Hay Road near Pioneer Parkway.

NorthGlenn Neighborhood Association
Located in the north-central part of the city, the NorthGlenn neighborhood is near the Johnston Public Library and Simpson Barn.
